Ribarska Banja is one of Serbia's oldest spas, nicknamed the "Royal Spa" because of its popularity with the country's crowned heads. It offers wellness and health programs, massages, saunas, a salt grotto and an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. The medicinal waters combined with the pure air of the nearby Jastrebac mountain help relieve stress and relax the body and mind. Visitors can also enjoy a pearl bath in the tub used by Serbian queen Draga. In addition to wellness activities, rafting along the South Morava River is recommended to enjoy fresh air and physical activity. Tourists can also visit the St. Roman Monastery, where Count Rajevski's heart is preserved.

It offers treatment for cardiovascular diseases, rheumatology and orthopedic surgery. The institute has three buildings, "Radon", "Zelengora" and "Terme", offering a total of 560 beds. Rooms are equipped with TV, bathroom, Wi-Fi, telephone and air conditioning, depending on the building. Guests can also take advantage of the "Sense" wellness and spa center located in the "Radon" building.
