New tour operator in Arusha, run by a Tanzanian woman (Jacqueline) and a Frenchman (Thierry). On the program, safaris in the North and South Parks, Kilimanjaro trekking and seaside stays in Zanzibar. Pre-organized tours are available on the website, but it is of course possible to create all types of tailor-made tours throughout the country. During our visit, a representative office in Paris was to be opened shortly, the French market being their priority target. Good welcome from Thierry and Jacqueline.

Worst customer service ever. They gave us camera and encourage us to shoot photos from it instead of our phone. Then after safari they decided not to send us photos, and lie with stupid excuses why they couldn't.
