For decades, golf enthusiasts have been enjoying the coconut grove as a backdrop... Inaugurated with great pomp in 1972, this 9-hole course has been somewhat forgotten in recent years. Often criticized for its too tight course, it now looks very old-fashioned compared to the spectacular 18-hole course of Praslin's Lemuria, considered to be one of the most beautiful in the world. Nevertheless, it remains a pleasant place for those who love to golf. Directly managed by its hundred or so members (half of whom are foreigners), the Seychelles Golf Club is also open to tourists.

Directed by Pierre d'Offay, Privateer Boat Charter can organize fishing parties on half-day or by day, or rent a boat to the quidam de passage.

Angel Tours (which belongs to Tropique Villa) offers beautiful sea trips. Everything is possible with these two recent boats, from simple excursions to the islands of Curieuse, Soeur, Saint-Pierre (the rates are higher than those of Côte d'Or because we are further away, but the view of Anse Kerlan and Anse Georgette are magnificent) or even simple sea excursions. For those who would like to go fishing, big game fishing trips with a catamaran are also available (about 500 € for half a day and 800 € for a day).

Ah! what a joy that trotter on the sand at a time when the sun falls on the west coast… It is a Caractère Seychelles-Mork, Barbora Panovsky-Mork, which holds this too discreet equestrian centre dedicated to forest and beach walks. No less than eleven Arab sang (and ponies) for riders of all levels, the one hour hike costing 50 €.

This golf course is certainly one of the ten most beautiful in the world. Since 2000, the Lemuria boasts a spectacular 18-hole course: 5,556 m of full and untied holes in a paradisiacal site. With a wide range of levels, deploying its fairways from Anse Kerlan to Anse Georgette, between bodies of water and exotic vegetation, and in languid curves, some thirty employees are busy maintaining this exceptional course in an exemplary manner. However, after having enjoyed such a scenery, it is difficult to put it back on less enchanting grounds.
