Located close to the church, in a garden overlooking the Argent Source of Argent, these new-Creole style chalets, with wooden sheet and balustrade, allow to stay at four and complete in one of the four villas. Each of them has two large air-conditioned rooms (with fridge and independent water room), separated by a large living-room and a fully equipped kitchen. A real terrace to live adds to the interest of this lodge. Convenient for family holidays. An original concept! If you are two, you have the bedroom and living room, dining room and kitchen. If another couple occupies the other room, you will need to share common spaces. The decoration and the equipment have lived, but there is space and you will not have screws with other villas.

Superb view of the one of the two large studios of this high white chalet roof roof, planted almost on the beach, facing Mahé and Eden Island. Operated by Kevin Horner, this Fairy-Tern Séduits really seduced us. Not only because it opens onto the beach and beyond on a beautiful horizon in blue and green, but also because at this price (€ 147 for two and € 50 per extra bed) it proves to be one of the best value for money in the archipelago. Spacious and tasteful with furniture (rattan, glass, polished granite), relatively well equipped (small TV, safe, kitchenette), these two air-conditioned studios with terrace or balcony are neighbours of Hotel L'Habitation, where it is possible to dine. A good address for who wants to live Deer in self-management… if it is for transport, since you are still dependent on shuttles for Victoria, just a quarter of a boat.

This beautiful establishment in Beau Vallon offers 4 luxury apartments facing the sea (which can be enjoyed from the balconies), perfectly equipped with noble materials and great taste. All are at least 100^m2 in size, with fully equipped kitchens and breathtaking views. Kayaks, paddles, deckchairs on the beach and a barbecue area at the back are also available. The establishment has opened an annex at the rear (9 apartments) with the same type of services, but without the sea view. Excursions can also be organized. Discounts in low season.

It's hard to get any closer to the sea... This small eco-friendly establishment (no plastic in particular) of 4 apartments is simply set on the beach. The terraces of the rooms offer direct views of the ocean, an additional luxury for these pretty self-catering pied-à-terre, all dressed in white and wood. At sunset or upon awakening, these accommodations offer a magical view. The service is up to par: in addition to the snorkeling equipment available, we can also set up deckchairs on the beach. Excellent address.

A 5 minute walk from the beach, this apart-hotel is a very good option, especially for families. Equipped kitchen, washing machine, TV, air conditioning and Wifi equip all these spacious apartments with terrace (35 ^m2, 65 ^m2, 145 ^m2 or duplex-2 bedrooms of 135 ^m2) with excellent tasteful decoration (Italian shower, basins, wenge and noble materials). They are cleaned daily. You will also be able to relax around the swimming pool or enjoy a barbecue made by you.

Built on a hillside facing the bay, this Residence offers two types of accommodation. To the 5 studios fitted out in a modern building, with a kitchenette, Wi-Fi and a terrace, we prefer the 3 simple and spacious Creole-style villas (with a perfect varangue, TV, Wifi), certainly costing double, but with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, therefore ideal for a family or friends. House cleaning every day, linen provided and barbecue area available. And the friendly owner Paul Hodoul is very attentive to his guests!

Nestled on the hillside between rocks and vegetation, these two spacious villas for rent prove perfect for a family or two couples of friends, since each has two ventilated rooms, with independent bathrooms, which overlook a central area with lounge and kitchen. A large panoramic terrace makes it possible to lazing in its long chair facing the quiet Baie Sainte-Anne, on which the owner of this Great Blue, the blonde Françoise, always escaped. This former Belgian hairdresser was coming to a holiday years ago and had to fall in love with the Sesel… and a Seselwa, Justin Morel, this former hotel musician glorifying himself to use a wireless microphone in the archipelago. The French are many to appreciate these houses, the recently Trimmed 2 Grand Bleu is our favorite. Françoise's decoration, quite personal, will clearly not be the taste of everyone, but, knowing the seychelles rates, a so nice view at that price will suit more than one.

In a pretty yellow house of modern construction, the charming owner Aline offers well decorated apartments for rent (on the first floor, with Wifi and cable TV) with a large living room. In the heart of the local and traditional houses, the apartments are located only 3 minutes walk from the beach where water sports are available. Cleaning is done daily (except Sundays) and towels are provided. Reservations for a minimum of three nights and excellent value for money.
