At the Coco de Mer hotel, fish is king. It boasts a table d'hôte menu and a beautiful Creole buffet, spread over a good twenty meters. Under the watchful eye of the chef, the cooks willingly explain their compositions. Beyond the classics such as grilled bourgeois, octopus sautéed in Creole style and spicy chicken, several rarer dishes deserve to be tasted. The gourmet is even treated to local dances in folkloric dress.

Located at the end of the pontoon, Tamassa specializes in seafood and fish of the day. While there are a few international specialties on the menu (notably good wood-fired pizzas), you'll also be tempted by an octopus curry or a large grilled parrot with baby vegetables. Both foreign and Seychellois clientele flock to Tamassa on Fridays to enjoy a good karaoke session, where budding singers set the mood with a (good) cocktail in hand (195 SR).
