After a good experience we have agreed via WhatsApp on the day tour in the following days. It was repeatedly confirmed by both sides. On the day of pick up, after a 20minutes delay we have contacted the company and the response was quite simple “we are sorry but we missed your booking. The driver is not coming.” That we consider very unprofessional and with regrets we will not use the service of this company again.

Le guide s'est vraiment prit le temps de nous accompagner, de nous aider avec ses trucs et astuces aussi pour le timing de la journée, et surtout ses connaissances (ne serait-ce en terme de botanique, mais aussi sur l'histoire, tout) sont impressionnantes !
