One of our favourite spots in the Gorki park, which is set up in the summer months with its multiple petanque courts, its deckchairs scattered on the surrounding lawn, its garden tables and its open wooden bar-kitchen. You can drink beers and mojitos, eat kebabs on the go, listen to the DJs who are often on the program. And of course, you can come and play the game of "cochonnet" (provided with its balls). A place where it is good to let the summer evenings go by.

Located in one of the most beautiful addresses in St. Petersburg, on the banks of the Nevsky Prospect and the Griboedov Canal, Café Singer, with its turn-of-the-century (past) atmosphere, is an ideal warm stop on your stroll through the center. Some of the tables offer a nice view of Our Lady of Kazan, just across the Nevsky. The café shares the second floor of the Singer building with Dom Knigi - literally "House of Books" - the city's largest bookstore. Elegance, sophistication and hospitality.

The architecture of the site is more impressive than its content. The circus, promoted as a major art form under the USSR, has since fallen from its pedestal and lost popular favor. Today it seems a bit dull compared to what the capital has to offer in terms of entertainment. The famous ice acts are among the great losses of this era. If the acts of the Grand Cirque no longer revolutionize the genre, the talent of the artists is still present.

An old-fashioned charm, even if its very aesthetic renovation interweaves ancient elements and modern architectural structures. This circus specializes in trapeze and acrobatics. Taken over in 1989 by the famous clown and actor Yuri Nikulin, this more than centenary institution is once again imposing itself on the international scene after a long eclipse. After his death in 1997, the circus took Nikulin's name and continues to be taught under the direction of his son.

The Gipsy is one of the clubs that are victims of their success. Once trendy, it is now occupied by a younger and younger crowd and is becoming overpriced. It is located in the rehabilitated district of Red October. The Gipsy is very large and has two terraces overlooking Christ-Sauveur. In the summer, you can play ping-pong or use the deckchairs. In the evening, the atmosphere is supercharged with the excellent resident DJs who offer electro music. To avoid the hazards of face control, you must come early or make a reservation (for a fee).

The Bagatitsa ensemble of Cossack musicians and dancers offers a unique show. The ensemble consists of an orchestra, a dancing choir and the singing ballet, most of which are descendants of authentic Cossack families that have been around for centuries. Each painting in the show represents as many scenes from the real life of the Cossacks. The notoriety of the troupe has gone far beyond the borders as it won the Grand Prize of the International FolkFest Festival.

Igor Butman is one of the most famous jazzmen in Russia. His famous club opened in 2007 is the epicenter of jazz in the capital. This club has a lot of charm and has seen such great names as the Dizzie Gillespie All-Star Big Band, Bill Evans or Dave Holland. Every Monday, Igor Butman himself performs here with his big band. Finally, the establishment has a busy events calendar, every month a new project is put forward. This ranges from a festival to a celebration, like the Beatlemania Festival or the Cinema Jazz Awards.

This theatre specialising in traditional gypsy dance and music was created in 1930 and remains the only gypsy theatre in the world! Gypsy culture has always played a role in Russia, Pushkin himself having set the fashion for an interest in Gypsy culture in cultivated circles after his famous poem Gypsy. Romen has a political purpose, it is an original theater that leads a gypsy interpretation of the rich traditional Russian repertoire.

A beautiful concert hall installed facing the sea on the territory of our favorite place: Sevkabelport. 2 floors and 2,000 m² with a capacity of 2,500 people, hosting world-class headliners, local bands and music festivals all year round. Don't be late for your concert in order to catch some delicious Vietnamese Bánh bao (stuffed bread) at the bar. We also advise you to allow at least one hour to discover Sevkabelport (before or after the event) in order to enjoy the magic of the place.

The concept of anticoffee was born in Moscow in 2010 with the Ziferblat chain and has been developing rapidly from all over the world. This concept is simple: the drinks are free and you only pay for the time you spend on site, the first hour being fixed and the rest of the time counted by the minute. In exchange for a modest price, you can enjoy a quiet and pleasant space (with sofas) to work or rest, access to wifi, bookcrossing area, board games, piano, printer and baristas at your service.

It's an institution in the city. Hidden in an inner courtyard, this independent coffee shop opened on the initiative of coffeeaficionados and has been a revolution in Moscow's coffee culture. Its signature drink is roasted locally according to secret recipes and brewed using V60 and Aeropress techniques (you order your coffee tightly, and black). In a creative and relaxed atmosphere, you can also pick from its cakes (or its selection of wines) while listening to the owners' vinyl collection. A must on your to-do list !

Its 35 points of sale can be easily found in strategic locations in the city: main metro stations, shopping centres, etc. Sofit offers the widest catalogue of shows and events at the best rates on the market. As soon as you see their sign, don't hesitate to speak to them in confidence, as the tellers often speak at least English.

The shop is not easy to find, but if you have an adventurous spirit and a bit of patience, you will be rewarded with a delicious homemade cherry crumble (like all the pastries in the establishment), a hot, creamy chocolate or a tasty cup of coffee. Tchk is really microscopic, only 11 m², and looks like a doll's house. Inside, it is difficult to accommodate more than 3 people, but the café has a private courtyard.

Only for adults! Run by twin brothers Piotr and Pavel Levchuk, real bondage gurus, Moro is a thematic SM light bar. Don't worry, it's not a private club, despite the sometimes provocative disguises of the barmaids and the thematic evenings (bondage, pole dancing, etc.) that contribute to the atmosphere.
