Ritual prayers on the first day, followed by theatrical performances, music and songs, and offerings the next day.

The Kathen is a ceremony of offering to the monks, celebrated in September. It ritually begins one evening with the gathering of the faithful participants in the ceremony around the monks (bonzes) of the pagoda, to listen to prayers and sermons. The participants in the Kathen then continue the festival with theater, music, alternate chants... The following day, processions of faithful come to give presents to the monks in the pagodas to the sound of musicians.
