This is the first mall in the Caribbean to be built to strict green standards recognized by the US Green Building Council. The brands presented at the Agora Mall are generally high-end, but you can also find the classic international stores of shopping malls. Note that every Saturday there is an artisanal market of 100% Dominican products. It is an opportunity to find local products and, who knows, to bring back some local souvenirs in the suitcase, for oneself or to offer to one's loved ones.

A tourist office (the Clúster Turístico de Samaná) has been created there and provides information to tourists arriving by boat (and sometimes in large numbers!).
