  • Parque Nacional Del Este
  • Punta Cana
  • Cabarete
  • Jarabacoa
  • Parque Nacional José Del Carmen Ramírez
  • Parque Nacional José Del Carmen Ramírez

Day 1: Day 1: Scuba diving

Steps: Parque Nacional Del Este

If the Dominican Republic is not as famous as some of its neighbours for its underwater world, it still offers great possibilities of discovery and adventure. Just before Punta Cana, the area of Bayahibe and of the Parque Nacional Del Este is undoubtedly one of the best spots in the country to see parrot fish and sea turtles

Day 2: Day 2: Golf

Steps: Punta Cana

To work on your swing or putt, the greens around Punta Cana are perfect. And if you want to get away from the resort, other courses are waiting for you, especially in the surroundings of Santo Domingo.

Day 3: Day 3: Kitesurfing and windsurfing

Steps: Cabarete

Cabarete, with its kitesurfing and windsurfing spots, is the ideal destination for the champions of water sports. Benefiting from strong winds and waves that are sometimes impressive, Cabarete is ranked among the ten best spots in the world for these two disciplines

Day 4: Day 4: Quad, tennis or wakeboard?

In Cabarete, in the morning, while waiting for the wind to pick up, sport is still on the agenda and there are many possibilities. For those who love the sea, wakeboarding or water-skiing are on the menu, while the others can go for a ride on horseback, a quad, a mountain bike or a tennis court.

Day 5: Day 5: Rafting or canyoning?

Steps: Jarabacoa

For those who want to combine extreme sport and ecotourism, the ideal destination is located in the central area of the country, around the province of Jarabacoa. The Mecca of rafting in the Dominican Republic is located on the Yaque del Norte river, the largest in the Caribbean. Less fast, but just as spectacular, try canyoning down the Rio Jimenoa

Day 6: Day 6 : Mountain bike and climbing

The landlubbers will descend the steep slopes of Salto Baiguate or Salto Jimenoa on mountain bikes. In the area, the amateurs will also be able to train on very slippery walls between the waterfalls.

Day 7: Day 7: Hiking

Steps: Parque Nacional José Del Carmen Ramírez

The hikers of a good level will tackle the peaks of the Caribbean. Plan between 3 and 4 days of trekking, which you will carry out on foot or with a mule, but where the comfort is very basic. On the program, the mounts Pelona and Rusilla, both over 3 000 m and of course the Pico Duarte, the highest summit of the Antilles which culminates at 3 175 m
