Day 1: Rome - day 1

Steps: Rome

Start your discovery of Rome with the ancient Rome: the Roman forum, the Colosseum, the imperial forums, the capitol... Then climb Mount Palatine, where Romulus and Remus, the founders of the city, are said to have been taken in by the she-wolf. Lunch break - enjoy one of the many Roman specialties such as a lemon schnitzel - then head to the Baths of Caracalla and the catacombs after a digestive walk along Via Appia. In the evening, you can attend a performance at the Caracalla Theater.

Day 2: Rome - day 2

Steps: Rome

A walk through the streets and alleys of old Rome, the city of the Renaissance. The itinerary starts in Piazza Navona (Fountain of the Four Rivers) and ends in Piazza Farnese. You will admire the Senate, the Sapienza, the Campo dei Fiori and the most beautiful Renaissance churches. In the afternoon, take a vaporetto ride on the Tiber River and visit the Ghetto and Trastevere. In the evening, you can go to the opera house or to the Tiberina island if you travel in the summer. The open-air cinema takes place there in the summer.

Places of interest :
PIAZZA NAVONA / CAMPO DEI FIORI

Day 3: Rome - day 3

Steps: Rome

This last day is placed under the sign of the baroque with the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and the Condotti Street, a real Mecca for luxury shopping! The less fortunate can console themselves at the Caffè Greco, where Goethe and Stendhal once sat. The baroque churches can be found around Piazza della Repubblica and at the crossroads of the four fountains. Evening in Piazza Navona, the most animated square in Rome. The Vatican Museums and especially the sublime Sistine Chapel will complete this Roman stop in a sumptuous way.

Day 4: Naples - day 1

Steps: Naples

Head south for two days in Naples. Its enigmatic character is a source of frustration for many visitors and it takes some time to tame it and enjoy it fully. But it remains an extraordinary city, a curious mix of civilizations because it has always been at the crossroads of worlds. Discover the city and let your instincts guide you!

Day 5: Naples - day 2

Steps: Naples

Each of the neighborhoods is magical and has its own identity, but you can concentrate your visits around the ancient center and the Bay of Naples. Also worth discovering is the Spanish Quarter, one of the poorest but also the most authentic for its atmosphere. Walk through the historical center and view the gulf of Naples, via Caracciolo. See also the Museo Archeologico (antiquities) or the palace-museum of Capodimonte (Renaissance and Baroque). Lovers of opera will go to the San Carlo theater, while night lovers will opt for the bars and discotheques with their lively atmosphere.

Day 6: Pompeii and Herculaneum

Steps: Naples, Pompei

This day will be dedicated to the visit of the ancient cities: Pompeii and its famous Vesuvius, and Herculaneum, only 15 km away from each other.

Day 7: Lazing on the beach

Steps: Capri, Ischia

Before leaving the peninsula, try the joys of lazing around on the island of Capri or Ischia, your choice! You can also enjoy a wide variety of water sports including scuba diving thanks to the many organizations present on site.
