Day 1: Figueres and Cadaqués
Steps: Figueres, Cadaqués, Portlligat
Morning visit to the Dalí Theatre-Museum. Lunch on the ramblas. In the afternoon, head for Cadaqués and visit the Dalí House-Museum in Portlligat. Dinner in one of Cadaqués' port restaurants.
Day 2: Aiguamolls de l'Empordà Natural Park
Steps: Sant Pere Pescador
In the morning, we head for the Cortalet near Sant Pere Pescador, an ideal starting point for discovering this area, which offers birdwatching and a wide range of ecosystems. If you wish, you can add a half-day visit to the Monastery of Sant Miquel de Fluvià, a Romanesque jewel 10 km west of Sant Pere Pescador.

Day 3: L'Escala
Steps: L'Escala - Empúries
Morning visit toEmpúries. Lunch in one of the beachside chiringuitos . Afternoon visit to the village of Sant Martí d'Empúries. Return to l'Escala along the seafront and dinner at l'Escala.

Day 4: L'Estartit and the Medes Islands
Steps: Illes Medes - Îles Medes, Torroella De Montgrí
Morning discovery of the seabed of the Medes Islands on a transparent-bottomed boat. Lunch in the harbor. Afternoon visit to the center of Torroella de Montgrí and dinner at Palau Lo Mirador.
Day 5: Palafrugell
Steps: Calella De Palafrugell, Palafrugell
Morning lazing in Tamariu cove and lunch on site. Afternoon visit to the Cap Roig garden. Dinner in Calella de Palafrugell.

Day 6: Tossa de Mar
Steps: Tossa De Mar
Morning visit to the fortified hilltop village, lunch in one of the local restaurants. Afternoon, boat trip to Cala Giverola beach. Stop for a swim. Return to Tossa and dinner at Victor's, where you'll discover old Tossa dishes such as Cim i Tomba.
Day 7: Lloret de Mar
Steps: Lloret De Mar
Morning visit to the Modernist Cemetery, featuring the work of architect Puig i Cadalfach, and the gardens of Saint Clothilde. Lunch in one of the restaurants on the passeig mar ítim. Afternoon stroll through the city center and its modernist houses. Dinner at Trull.
