Day 1: Arrival in San Francisco

Most flights arrive at the end of the day around 19 p.m. if you do not have a direct flight because it takes about 15 hours from Paris. Hotel facilities and light meals as you have not stopped eating on the plane! The time lag will be very quickly felt despite the excitement of the adventures that begin...

Day 2: Departure for Point Reyes National Seashore

Steps: San Francisco, Sausalito, Bodega Bay

From San Francisco, it takes only one hour to get there. A day is largely enough for this visit. Spend the night nearby in Sausalito for example, or go up to Bodega Bay on the edge of the ocean.

Day 3: Departure for Redwood National and State Park

Steps: Redwood National Park, Eureka, Bodega Bay

It takes you six good hours from Bodega Bay to Eureka where you can stay near the . On the road, take at the height of Phillipsville Avenue des Giants surrounded by sequoia, giants of course.

Day 4: Redwood National and State Park

Steps: Shasta Lake

Explore the park, from Dolason Prairie, to the south at Simpson Reed Grove, to the north. In the evening, departure for the Redding city where you can dine and spend the night at the foot of Shasta Lake.

Day 5: Departure for Yosemite National Park

Steps: Yosemite National Park

This day will be devoted to the road and your installation in the (it takes 5 hours from Redding).

Day 6: The Yosemite trails

Two days won't be too long to really explore the whole park and go on hike. Some take only half an hour, others all day. You will meet many nice squirrels and maybe even some bears!

Day 7: Exploring the Yosemite

If you are feeling fit, plan to go on a second hike (the trails are multiple), if not, simply enjoy the tranquillity of the places for you to recharge your battery, by having a picnic beside a river, for example.

Day 8: Departure for Death Valley National Park

Since Yosemite, it will take you a minimum of four hours to reach the entrance of the Valley. There are several motels to rest.

Day 9: Discovering the Death Valley

This day will be devoted to the exploration of the Zabriskie Point.

Day 10: We leave for Las Vegas, via Red Rock Canyon
