Day 1: Day 1

Steps: Chassagne-Montrachet, La Rochepot, Meursault, Pommard

Let's start in the south of the department, in Chassagne-Montrachet to be precise, where for lunch you will sit down at "Ed.Em" run by the chef Édouard Mignot and his partner Émilie Rey. In the evening, you will dine at Philippe Augé's "Table de Levernois ". But in the meantime you will have plenty of time to enjoy the nearby towns and villages: Pommard, Meursault, La Rochepot, does that ring a bell?

Day 2: Day 2

Steps: Beaune, Pernand-Vergelesses

From Levernois you will only have to travel 5 km to reach Beaune. There, you can choose between the cuisine of Keishi Sugimura or that of Christophe Quéant at the helm of Bénaton and Carmin. After your visit to the Hospices and the superb Musée des Beaux-Arts, head for Pernand-Vergelesses, 7 km away. Yes, this village of just over 200 souls is home to a starred restaurant, Jordan Prot's Le Charlemagne!

Day 3: Day 3

Steps: Commarin, Dijon, Pouilly-En-Auxois, Saulieu

Head west to the gateway to Morvan. In Saulieu, Patrick Bertron has succeeded the legendary Bernard Loiseau. He is one of the two chefs in the Côte d'Or to be awarded 2 stars. From there you can take the A38 motorway to Dijon, and dine at William Frachot's Hostellerie du Chapeau Rouge, the other 2-star restaurant! On the way, you will discover Pouilly-en-Auxois, the castle of Commarin, the valley of Ouche.

Day 4: Day 4

Steps: Dijon

In Dijon, 3 other starred restaurants await you. You will have to choose between "L'Aspérule", "Loiseau des Sens" and "Cibo", both for lunch and for dinner. In the meantime, the Burgundian capital is full of treasures, so you will have plenty to occupy your day! And to think that during your next stay you will still have 6 great restaurants to visit..
