Day 1: Sault, a major stop on the Lavender Route

Steps: Sault

Direction the Pays de Sault belonging to the area of AOC " Huile essentielle de lavande de Haute-Provence ". Join the village on its rocky outcrop to appreciate the overall picture of these blue fields of lavender of the Val de Sault alternating with fields of wheat or small spelt. Visit a distiller who will share his know-how with you. Don't forget to taste the nougat!

Day 2: Saint-Christol-d'Albion, on the paths of memory

Steps: Saint-Christol, Sault

Leave Sault to reach the village of Saint-Christol, at the gateway to the Luberon Regional Nature Park, with its plain dotted with caves that will make your head spin with its unobstructed view of the Albion plateau, which stretches from the Montagne d'Albion to the Montagne de Lure, right up to the gateway to the Luberon.
