There are 3 Mare a Mare itineraries: north, center and south. The Mare a Mare South extends from Porto-Vecchio to Propriano. It is certainly the most adapted to beginners and therefore the most popular. It takes five to six days to cover it and it is practicable all year round without any particular difficulty. Day 1: Departure from Port-Vecchio
Steps: Porto-Vecchio
When you arrive in Porto-Vecchio, you take the time to arrive, to rest and to gather the food and the material necessary for the excursion. If you have time, you can take a bath on the beach of Cala-Rossa, Santa-Giulia or Golfo di Sogno. For the first night, the city has many campsites, hostels and hotels: you will be spoilt for choice.
Day 2: Porto-Vecchio - Cartalavonu

Day 5: Levie - Sainte-Lucie-de-Tavano

On the program: a magnificent Romanesque church and the crossing of the Rizzanese, to finish with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Valinco. Once in Fozzano or Burgo, you can opt for a Propriano cab transfer to avoid walking on the roadside.
