The Pitztal Snow Festival is one of the typical Tyrolean folk festivals. Celebrated every year at the beginning of April, it is a celebration of the last snow, the end of winter and the arrival of spring with a huge parade of traditional music and many festivities in the warm atmosphere of this mountain community. A festive moment open to all that allows to taste the folklore of Tyrol with the locals. A festive and warm atmosphere where beer usually flows freely! Activities are organized for the children.

Since 1994, Schwaz has been attracting contemporary music lovers who come to enjoy musicians, renowned composers and international ensembles. With its new artistic director duo - the Italian composer Clara Iannotta and the Austrian musician, composer and ensemble leader Christof Dienz - Klangspuren represents a musical diversity that is unique among contemporary music festivals. A festival that broadens its musical spectrum every year and includes unusual artistic collaborations in the fields of jazz and pop.

"Authenticity & Originality" are the watchwords of this festival which has been in existence for over 20 years. A rare and golden opportunity to meet the artisans who are fully dedicated to perpetuate their traditional know-how sometimes ancestral.
