The best restaurants South Moravia

At the top of the square, the restaurant offers the most beautiful view in Telč from its terrace. The products are selected locally and the menu changes according to the season. The chefs prepare traditional dishes and others of more French or Italian influence. Your game and pork dishes will be accompanied by the best wines from Znojmo and Mikulov, and served in a medieval cellar already used by Mendel for his experiments on heredity. There is also a good selection of grilled meats and fish. U Královny Elišky is also a place to party at night. On Fridays and Saturdays, the place becomes a disco, open from 7pm to 4am. There is also an area dedicated to wine tasting.

This is a typical restaurant in rustic Moravia. The food is certainly one of the most authentic in the city. Start with the excellent Moravian cabbage and sausage soup (klobasa). Filled already? Leave some room for halušky (the Slovak equivalent of gnocchi) with smoked goat cheese and breast or with ribs of pork or roasted half duck. And, like everyone else here, accompany it with a good beer and a slivovice, Moravian plum alcohol. Healthier dishes are also on the menu (salads...).
