Sixt Valencia is linked to Mettifiot, a Valencian institution in the world of the automobile. The brand was founded at the end of the 19th century by a family who accompanied new motor vehicle drivers, offering them tailor-made fittings according to their wishes. In 2006, the company moved to the Briffaut-Est area, within the automotive cluster. Métiffiot added a string to its bow with car rental as early as 2002, and has been doing so since 2008 in partnership with Sixt.
