The streetcar network serves all the strategic places in the center of the city, but also in the suburbs. It is very easy to find your way around, and using this means of transport is also a pleasant way to discover the city. At each stop, a detailed list of subsequent stops is displayed. This is the most convenient and economical way to get to the city from the airport and vice versa. It is possible to travel by car, motorbike, van and minibus, making it quick and comfortable to get to Sweden or Denmark, depending on the direction! Traffic can be heavy at times, especially during rush hour, but the good general organisation means that traffic flows smoothly most of the time, so no worries. The train also runs here and the line is connected to Malmö Central Station by the City Tunneln, which is very convenient!

Malmo - Sturup airport is located around 30 kilometers southeast of Malmö city center. It has two terminals, one for domestic flights and the other for international flights. The terminals have a capacity of 4,000,000 passengers a year and are equipped with 15 check-in counters and 11 boarding gates. To get to the city center from the airport, you can take a cab for around 395 SEK. It is advisable to arrange the fare before you get in the car. Alternatively, you can take the Flygbussarna bus to Malmö city center, which takes around 45 minutes and costs an average of SEK 60. The airport has several parking lots with over 4,000 spaces for short- and long-term parking. There are also services such as a police station, exchange office, cash machines, children's playground, stores, restaurants and several hotels close to the airport.

Älvsnabben ferry. This ferry runs from Gothenburg to Hisingen from the port of Lilla Bommen.
