During the first week of June, Kungsträgården is transformed into a culinary festival. Stalls are set up in the main square, and you can taste all kinds of food while drinking a craft beer. Concerts and performances are on the program, as well as duels between cooks. Food lovers can even take part in workshops to learn how to make their favorite dishes with renowned cooks! Each year, you will discover more than 200 different dishes, prepared by more than 65 chefs, bakers and artisans.

In mid-September or early October, one of the world's biggest spirits fairs takes place in Nacka, a northern suburb of Stockholm. Over 1,400 exhibitors... but admission is not free! The festival, which celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2022, is great fun! It's an original way to get to know the local culture. You'll find breweries and distilleries from all over the world, with tastings, competitions and learning sessions.

The Royal Swedish Yacht Club, KSSS, is the largest and oldest yacht club in Sweden and one of the five oldest in the world. It has approximately 5,000 members, half of whom are juniors. It was founded in Stockholm in 1830 under the name Swedish Yacht Club. In 1878, the club received royal status and was renamed Royal Swedish Yacht Club. The company was founded in Skeppsholmen in Stockholm by some of the city's entrepreneurs who wanted to organize regattas in the Stockholm area. ÅF Offshore Race is now a classic.

Midnattsloppet Stockholm is an annual 10 km race on the island of Södermalm. The start is usually on Ringvägen (outside the Zinkensdamms IP track) and the finish on Hornsgatan. The course is quite difficult, especially the hill leading to the church of Sofia. If you don't want to participate in the 10 km course, you have the option to do only the 5 km. Dating back to 1903, experience a traditional and folkloric Christmas! It starts on the first day of Advent and ends around Christmas Eve. This popular market brings thousands of Stockholmers and tourists to the open-air museum site every year. You can find everything that made Christmas in the past: crafts, traditional costumes, sweets, old-fashioned bread, mulled wine, roasted almonds... In Sweden, Christmas becomes truly magical.
