Customer reviews are mixed, with some enjoying the food and show, while others are more reserved about the food.

This pure souche bar is very popular, with true chapeau hat Texan and cowboy boots dancing up the country. A not to be missed.

This bar is very popular in the neighborhood. The decor certainly plays a part in its success. The atmosphere is very "rich English gentleman's club", with dark wood furniture and upholstered leather seats. On the menu, there's plenty of alcohol (cocktails, beers, wines, champagnes, whiskies and other liqueurs), but also a few dishes (cheese platter, fruit platter, chicken, prawns, pizza...). Even if the prices aren't cheap, this bar is still a great place to enjoy a drink or two.

A chic, luminous and trendy decoration. Gangnam with a capital G! And the prices have been affected. You can enjoy good pasta dishes, risottos and other salads (very generous portions). As far as drinks are concerned, you will find mostly champagnes (overpriced) and tasty cocktails (much more reasonable). Even if it's not the most affordable outing you can do in the capital, the atmosphere is really top-notch and will leave you with really good memories. For an outing in pure Gangnam style.

This intimate bar with its muffled light is a landmark for fans of rock and blues music from the 70s and 80s. Decorated with the vinyls of the owner, Kyu Nam Jo,who has made a name for himself with his incredible record collection, it feels like in a friend's living room with a touch of vintage. Kyu Nam Jo continues to play his favorite tunes himself every night, while his wife serves drinks and popcorn at will. Attended by Europeans and Seoulite hispters. Music lovers are highly recommended to take a little trip there, pleasure guaranteed!

We really like the concept of this cute little place. As the name of the establishment suggests, it is both a bar serving gin cocktails and a flower shop. These, freshly plucked, come to decorate the drinks nicely. The aromas of the flowers delicately embalm the place and blend perfectly with the gin. For a really charming and original cocktail break. Besides, it is the ideal place for a little romantic outing. Successful "Date" in perspective!

The Beautiful Tea Museum honours it perfectly by hosting in its modern hanok a museum with elements characteristic of tea and the art of its service. There is also a charming café with an impressive choice of varieties. The covered terrace is particularly enjoyable in summer.

Right at the top of the list of Seoul's hottest clubs, young revellers flock here late into the night and early into the morning. Managed by one of Korea's best-known record companies (YG Entertainment), the DJs here play mostly hip-hop, tracing its evolution from the early 90s to the present day. Great music, great atmosphere, perfect night for dancing the night away! Now you know what you have to do: make some noise! Open every day, we recommend avoiding weekends.

It is in an industrial, very minimalist and somewhat "destroy" setting that you can enjoy very good roasted coffees from the four corners of the world. The establishment also offers us some beers and wines by the glass. But we come here especially for the delicious homemade cakes and pastries, which are a little different from those found in the big chains (Ediya, Angel-in-us...). In case of good weather, we do not hesitate to take advantage of the roof terrace (often crowded we must admit).

Undoubtedly one of Seoul's best-known tea rooms, in a small cul-de-sac in the heart of Insadong, next to the famous Sanchon restaurant. Delicious teas can be accompanied by sweet treats such as toasted tteok or 팥빙수/patbingsu, the famous Korean dessert of crushed ice; or 약과/yakgwa (our favorite), a small cookie made with honey and sesame. The decor and atmosphere are an invitation to relax after a busy day.

It's certainly the busiest place in the neighborhood. Just across from the famous Noriteo Playground Park, this two-storey bar/lounge is popular with foreign and Korean students alike. Meeting people, exchanging, starting to learn a language (one or two beers help for that): this is the program of the place. Cocktails on the terrace, international evenings or "all-you-can-drink", the young students will appreciate. Plus, the drinks are cheap.

Our small preference goes for the "Jump Jump" in which you have to jump on a trampoline to avoid the obstacles that appear on the screen. Over a drink, we are spellbound by the very good programming of the artists and we let ourselves be lulled by the sound of saxophones, piano and trumpets. Wonderful place to discover for fans of the genre but also for those looking to go out at night while avoiding the hustle and bustle, crowded bars and nightclubs that are legion in Seoul. In short, Club Evans is the perfect place to chill out while listening to good music. A highly recommended address.

Named after the famous Korean king, this large cultural complex in the center of Seoul has several theaters, museums, exhibition halls, and more.... The music is declined there: classical, traditional, opera, modern, experimental? Folk music and dance shows are organized regularly. In the small building on the left in the basement, interesting temporary exhibitions are sometimes set up. The Sejong Art Center is quite simply the largest art complex in Seoul, worthy of the grandeur of its name!
