Easily accessible, the Bellevue lake and its direct surroundings offer many leisure options for young and old: fishing, health course, walk towards the beautiful Sivens forest, tennis, playground for children... Practical, the place has toilets, picnic tables and a camping-cars area. Its vegetation also creates a choice setting for long naps by the water. It is a great viewpoint when the fireworks season arrives.

Located in the Puylaurent countryside, this leisure complex offers tours and rides on quads, off-road motorcycles, minibuggies, quad bikes and electric motorcycles. Young and old alike can enjoy the thrills with friends, family or even colleagues. You'll also have the option of adding a picnic to your tour, or going out at night. Les circuits de l'Aubépine is your guarantee of an atypical activity for a great time.

Lac des Montagnès is both a natural site and a friendly leisure center. The lake is most popular in July and August, the two months when it is open for supervised swimming. A 300-metre-long sandy beach, water games, miniature golf, a paddling pool and an adventure park have all been laid out. Not forgetting the refreshment facilities, restaurants and picnic areas dotted around the lake.

This beautiful pool offers all the pleasures of water together: sports and leisure pools, both indoors and outdoors, pentagliss, giant slide, whirlpools, diving pit, fitness center with weight room, sauna, steam room... Nothing has been forgotten, including a large paddling pool for budding swimmers, sunbathing areas, green spaces and a refreshment area. There's entertainment all summer long.

When the heat is on around here, you can take a dip in the swimming pool, or go for a run on the 4-lane pentagliss or curved slides, while the kids have fun under the watchful eye of the lifeguard in the paddling pools or in the dry pool with its many water games. There's also a trampoline, solarium and the chance to grab a bite to eat right next door. This rejuvenating interlude continues until 11pm every Wednesday evening in July and August. A family or solo experience for even more relaxation.

Since its creation, at the entrance to the capital of the Tarn region, the number of spectators has grown steadily! Nearly 80,000 spectators a year attend the motorcycle, car and truck races. In addition to the Grand Prix d'Albi, there are events all year round: drifting academies, driving courses, vintage car gatherings and more. You can even drive your own road-legal car on track days. Trackdays are an opportunity to share the track with other cars in the same category, and to compete against each other.

2 km from Castelnau-de-Montmiral, this leisure center extends over a beautiful 7-hectare lake. You can practice water sports (canoe, kayak, pedal boat), sports activities (tennis, soccer, volleyball, ping-pong) and relaxation (mini-golf, fishing, petanque, swimming). Most of these activities are under the supervision of professionals and are subject to a fee. Finally, a picnic area with barbecues is located near the lake, in the shade, perfect for a friendly lunch.

Go to Aquaval, to fill up on outdoor activities! At the foot of the medieval city of Lautrec, young and old alike will enjoy this cool bath in the heart of nature. The entrance ticket entitles you to all the activities offered: 5 covered pools of 850^m2 with solarium, slide, pentagliss, pulsating jets... picnic areas, volleyball, beach-volley and petanque courts, children's games, 2 lakes open to fishing and model making, and a health trail around the large lake. When you leave, you will only want to go back!

The loop of the Tarn: 11 km of inland waterways are now open to allow boat passage from Montech to Montauban. The return from Montauban to Moissac by the Tarn will be possible in a few years.

The Tarn: Nature river takes its source at Mont-Lozere. You can get off it by leaving the Canal from Garonne to Moissac to the water centre of Saint Nicholas de la Grave to make some sport on the lake and everything around: windsurfing, tennis… and discover the Island of Birds with its ornithological observatory.

The lake of Tasconis is a natural space of relaxation and leisure where you will be able to fish (maps available at the tobacconist's), picnic, camp on a natural area, play a game of petanque, play volleyball, go for a walk, and take advantage of the playground for the children. The lake is also the starting point for many horseback rides. A "guinguette" with a terrace on the lake is open every day from May to October. Be careful, swimming is forbidden!

The beauty and richness of this artificial lake can be discovered on the way to Grazac, on the heights of Rabastens. Enjoyed by walkers and picnickers alike, it is particularly attractive to anglers, who can catch trout, roach and tench in large numbers. Its bucolic setting gives it a very pretty appearance and offers a tranquil getaway just 3 km from the city. Although swimming is unfortunately prohibited, it's a great spot to relax in the shade of the vegetation and take a stroll.

The Mazamet golf course covers 54 hectares. Two rivers intertwine, the Thoré to the west, and the Issalè, which crosses it from east to west. The golf course could just as well be a botanical park, or even an arboretum, with over twenty local species and 53 imported ones. Long limited to 9 holes, the course has been successfully extended to 18 holes. Since 1959, this Scottish-style layout has enjoyed a superb location at the foot of Montagne Noire.

This 35-hectare lake, which has been converted into a leisure park, is the playground of many of the region's residents and tourists. It is ideal for a wide range of activities: swimming (supervised on the Almayrac shore during the high season), rowing, windsurfing, pedal boating, fishing, horse-riding... For walkers, there's a 7 km circuit around the lake. Families will be delighted to find a picnic area with barbecue and children's playground nearby.

Reputed to be one of the best courses in the Midi-Pyrénées, this natural golf course combines technical and visual pleasure. Designed by Mark Hawtree, a British architect, it is built around twelve ponds, making the course technical but very pleasant to play: beginners as well as high level players will be delighted with this very natural 18-hole course. To train, there is a driving range on water, with 25 posts, 3 of which are covered, and a grassy area. The Douze Etangs restaurant completes the picture with flavour and harmony.

At the nautical base of Moulinquié, you can rent boats, canoes, kayaks, stand up paddle and follow different routes along the Tarn. From the initiation to a several days trip, it is a wonderful way to discover the valley. For the accompanied trips, the prices include the equipment, the daily insurance, the initiation and the return by minibus. It is essential to know how to swim and immerse yourself, to be over 7 years old and to be well equipped.

At the exit of the city, in the heart of the Gourjade park, the architect Yves Bureau was able to integrate the Castres golf course with the historical and natural beauty of the area. The complex includes a 9-hole competition course that crosses the Agoût river. A beautiful driving range with 36 posts, 16 of which are covered, and a 3-hole practice course that will delight beginners, near a beautiful ^19th century residence. The area also offers training courses, beginners' courses, advanced courses and competitions. 25 hectares of leisure and pleasure all year round.

The Castres Olympique stadium in the north of the city has been the club's permanent home since 1990. Previously named "Stade Pierre-Antoine" in memory of the illustrious player, it was renamed "Stade Pierre Fabre" in 2017 in honor of the man and his group. Pierre Fabre's unwavering support has enabled Castres Olympique to flourish to its current level. This large complex has several dressing rooms, and during matches you'll find a gourmet village, a children's area, the club store and numerous refreshment stands!

Since 2011, Albi has hosted a new recreation base: that of Cantepau. Free access and open all year round, it has many sporting facilities that will make the athletes in the corner happy! Between the fields of bicross, mountain biking, tennis, football or beach volleyball, the space is a health course. Far from the sports venues, let us admit that the physical exercise in this natural setting along the Tarn is very nice. A playground and picnic area are also available.
