Read moreBefore or after your hike. The café of the Sapa O'Chau association (in the Hmông language, O'Chau means thank you), opened in 2007. Coffee, tea, pancakes, fruit juices, mulled wine, but above all an excellent place to get information and discover the region in a spirit of solidarity travel. The association offers hikes and excursions in the region, as well as homestays in Hmông ethnic villages. There's also an exhibition and sales area showcasing the handicraft traditions of the Hmông ethnic group.
