Located in the Velhoco district, near Santa Cruz, you will taste typical dishes, such as local ham or Serrano, Chicharrones, roasted cheese in salad, Parrilleros pepper sausage, sausages, sweet pudding, vermicelli or meat soups, Canarian stew... but also meat recipes (kid, rabbit, beef and veal...). Above all, you will have to love fish, which is his speciality and which you can taste for example by asking for a fish and seafood parillada, peppers stuffed with cod, octopus salad, scampi with garlic or chupitos, small tapas assortments. Here is another restaurant that deserves a little detour out of town on its way to Las Manchas. On arrival, a place that doesn't have much to do with a classic grill. Its architecture is impressive, like a small bunker made of volcanic rocks, and perfectly integrated into the black decor, dotted with small green touches. The kitchen is also worth the detour. With well-presented and generous dishes such as the plate of solomillo à la brasa, which may be difficult to finish. We recommend the terrace with a view of the San Juan volcano.
