Under the aegis of Ivana Marija Vidović, renowned classical pianist and artistic director of the Epidaurus festival, which takes its name from the ancient Roman city (Cavtat). The programme includes concerts and musical moments, discoveries of young talents, exhibitions and thematic artistic presentations (theatre, literature, poetry, folklore, cultural and gastronomic tourism) in order to promote the Cavtat/Konavle region near Dubrovnik.

Since 2012, this baroque music festival has been growing in importance. Quality concert evenings have established its international reputation. Each year, prestigious musicians, singers, countertenors and soloists from Europe and around the world, specialized in the interpretation of baroque music, are invited. These artists are joined by the Croatian Baroque Ensemble, led by the famous violinist and artistic director of the festival, Laura Vadjon.

Created in the early 2000s, this event became a regular festival in 2018. It takes place mainly in the small bay of Mihajla, below the village of Lastovo. For four or five days, local pop, rock and jazz bands perform on the small stage set up a few meters from the sea. This unpretentious festival always attracts a few hundred people and promises an unforgettable atmosphere every year.
