Read moreThe Bastió de sa Font, located near the town hall and Plaça des Born, is one of the few remaining vestiges of the fortified enclosure built in the 17th century to replace the medieval wall, which was extensively damaged during the Turkish sacking of 1558. After having served as an extension to the Ciutadella Municipal Museum, this site, owned by the municipality, now fulfils the museum's conservation and research functions. In particular, it houses a dedicated space for researchers.

CONVENT DE SANT DIEGO
Read moreAfter a long rehabilitation process, the convent of Sant Diego (1629) was transformed into a new cultural space in 2023. The center comprises the church of Sant Diego and the cloister: the Pati de Sa Lluna. As well as hosting cultural activities, two permanent exhibitions are held here: one on the ethnology of Menorca, the other on the evolution of the island's shoe industry. There's also an area dedicated to Menorcan cuisine (demonstrations) and gastronomy. A sensational place, well worth a visit!
CENTRE D'INTERPRETACIÓ DEL CAP DE CAVALLERIA
Read moreAt 94 meters above sea level, the white Cap de Cavalleria lighthouse was erected in 1857 to protect boats navigating these dangerous waters. It houses an interpretation center open to visitors in season, where you can learn more about the geology, biodiversity and history of the various lighthouses built on the Menorcan coast. In summer, it's also a great place to watch the sunset.

This historic building, founded in 1842 by the Llabrés family and located on one of the town's most emblematic streets, served as a pharmacy until 1985. Many years later, and after a painstaking rehabilitation process, the premises are now used for the activities of the Menorca Foundation for the Disabled, while remaining open to the public and tourists, so that they can enjoy one of the few remaining witnesses to Modernism in Menorca.
CAN SAURA - MUSEU DE CIUTADELLA
Read moreA fine example of Minorcan civil Baroque, the Can Saura manor house was built between the late 17th and 18th centuries. Today, it houses the collections of the Cuitadella Municipal Museum. The permanent exhibition unfolds its treasures over two floors and fifteen rooms, featuring interesting archaeological remains and ethnographic objects tracing the town's history. A section is also devoted to the Midsummer Festivities.
