Morvedra Nou is an ancient peasant residence with an incredible character located in the countryside, on the road to two magnificent calas (Macarella and Turqueta) and 15 minutes by car from Ciutadella. There are about twenty rooms and five suites, each with its own terrace (overlooking the fields and the sea in the distance) and its own character, decorated in the respect of the Minorcan rustic tradition without lacking in modern comfort. The garden is equipped with a large swimming pool and is planted with a beautiful variety of trees, inviting you to stroll around in peace and quiet. Breakfast buffet of local and seasonal products. Many activities are possible from the hotel. An address that does not lack class.

I think the service, staff and location are still excellent but the room prices have increased substantially. We stayed in a much smaller room for almost twice the price we paid in 2022, and we had a discount as returning costumers, so your rate may be higher than what we paid. If money is not at all an issue, then this may be a 5 star rated hotel for you. But, otherwise, there are other beautiful 'rural' hotels in Menorca that I think are a better value for your money.

My wife and I stayed at Morvedra Nou in early July 2022. We had initially planned to stay for four nights and then to move on to another hotel in Menorca for another four nights but everything about our stay was so wonderful, virtually perfect, that we changed our plans and arranged to stay for another two nights. The breakfasts and the dinners were delicious, the room and grounds were immaculate and the sangria (oh, the sangria!) was delicious.
David, at the front desk, helped us book our bus trips to Macarella Beach. Alberto and Eva both gave us the most attentive, friendly and kind service at dinner and at the pool. Each of the Cristinas and the other staff and management were very helpful, friendly and welcoming.
We really had the most wonderful stay and are planning another, longer, stay next year.
