The fine weather is back, and there's nothing better than a breathtaking view from a sunny terrace! Weather permitting, Paris is one of the best cities for this kind of activity. There are plenty of bars in the capital, but what about rooftops and terraces? These high-perched establishments, inspired by the New York trend and inviting you to combine a good time in the sun with a spectacular view of the city, have become Parisian must-sees on sunny days. Who wouldn't dream of enjoying a view of the Champs-Elysées from a terrace in Paris? For a brief moment, Parisians and tourists alike marvel at finally being able to enjoy the magnificent view over the rooftops of Paris and some of its most beautiful monuments, the Eiffel Tower, the Montparnasse Tower or the Sacré-Coeur Basilica, while sipping beers and cocktails or drinking a glass of wine. These mythical vistas are also very popular with photographers and Instagrammers, who can capture some of the most beautiful views of Paris, especially at sunset. Le Petit Futé presents its selection of the best rooftops in Paris.
