This eco-tourist campsite is the ideal place for travellers in search of serenity and authenticity. With its feet in the sand, it offers camping pitches (tents only), artistic huts and colourful bungalows. The showers are African style, with a bucket of cold water. Souleymane, the friendly manager, takes care of a small organic vegetable garden with salads, leeks, beetroot, celery... which you can then find on your plate. A pleasant village-hotel on the west side of the lake, with almost 50 air-conditioned bungalows with toilet, shower and hot water, as well as two restaurants (Senegalese and European cuisine), overlooking a verdant, well-kept park. The two swimming pools, with a children's pool, are particularly inviting, facing the dunes from where you can see placid dromedaries ready to take visitors for a ride. 4x4s and quads available for hire, as well as pétanque and beach volleyball.
