A versatile and multilingual, Patrice becomes a resident of New Zealand thanks to his unique knowledge as master crêpier. It will also be one of the first French restaurants on the famous Avenue de Ponsonby. After several professional experiences, including a role in a New Zealand film restorative the famous Rainbow Warrior affair, Patrice decided to become a guide to share his knowledge and admiration both for the nature of the country and for the Maori culture. A rugby enthusiast, Patrice played and became a coach for the Sky Club. The universe of the oval ball has no secrets for him.
