Terre-de-Bas is a small village in the Guadeloupe department. With a population of 975, the commune has seen a 29.9% decline since 1999. Surrounded by the communes of Terre-de-Haut, Saint-François and Capesterre-de-Marie-Galante, Terre-de-Bas is located 3 km southwest of Terre-de-Haut, the largest town in the area. The village lies at an altitude of 41 meters and is close to the Guadeloupe National Park.
