In the kitchen, the German-Rodrigian Carine realizes her dreams of pastry-making by revisiting recipes of European pies and cakes with local products. Yummy! At the bar, Laurent concocts non-alcoholic cocktails, smoothies, milkshakes, etc. and serves a good real coffee, iced or not. This honey is sold directly on site (store)and at the airport, in some supermarkets and stores in Port Mathurin. The honey house also offers several by-products: honey sweets or melts, throat spray or balm made from propolis, soap, body or hair cream made from beeswax and coconut oil, etc.
