RHUMS DE CHAMAREL

Their history is linked to that of the Couacaud family, who, in 2008, built a distillery to produce cane juice rum (agricultural type), whose production is controlled from A to Z: from cultivation to the final bottle. Part of the brut rum is aged in French Limousin oak barrels to produce Rhum Ambré (18 months), VSOP (4 years), XO (6 years), vieux rhum (10 years) and a few vintages carefully selected by the cellar master.
