Welcome to the treatment paradise of the chic Hôtel Barrière Le Westminster! At your disposal: 6 treatment rooms (including one double), a hammam, a sauna, a fitness room and an indoor swimming pool. Everything here is geared to relaxation, from treatments (face and body) to a variety of massages offered under different formulas: by the hour, by the day or (let's be crazy!) by the week...

Located on the sand and facing the sea, the institute offers you the thalassotherapy of your dreams! The centre is under renovation until summer 2019. For the moment, we have no further information. You will therefore need to ask for information about opening hours and new services. But, as in the past, everything will breathe relaxation, well-being, care and rest. The staff will always be as competent as ever: hydrotherapists, masseur-physiotherapists, beauticians, osteopaths, doctors and dieticians. Always remember to book their services in advance as their agenda is very full, especially on weekends. In terms of equipment, the institute was equipped with an indoor seawater swimming pool, a hammam, a fitness room as well as a modelling and algotherapy area. After the works, other spaces could be created. The formulas will still exist on a daily or weekly basis.

The Nautiform De Centre has a swimming pool and a gym in one place. The centre has just reopened its doors after several months of work. In the program, several disciplines to maintain, recover, or simply relax. First of all, cardio permits to recover without force, thanks, inter alia, to suitable equipment. Next, the gym offers the opportunity to get back into flexibility exercises and in others, intensely physical, without too much force. Finally, the spa area, particularly appreciated, offers access to the sauna, steam bath, basins and UV cabins.

In premises completely refurbished at the end of 2010, this temple of form and wellness offers you on more than 800 m 2, about 140 courses per month in muscle reinforcement (body work, ATF, power bar, stepn'sculpt, etc.) or cardio-vascular (biking, hi-low body attack, zumba, etc.), as well as courses in stretching. All of them exempt, as required by law, from graduates. For solo training enthusiasts, also a camera room of all kinds. And, to relax after all these efforts, why not a little tour in the sauna? A pleasant and tonic home!

Free Time offers training and cardio training courses to redraw and refine your silhouette, lose weight and tone your muscles, but especially to improve your heart performance. You can also take advantage of gym lessons: slimming, body attack, abs/waist/buttocks, step, mega… But Free Time is also a sauna for relaxation and the Fit Coach Institute, a personalized service service.

You do not have to be a resident of the hotel to enjoy the Regina spa. This Thalgo spa has a heated indoor pool, a hammam, a sauna, and three treatment rooms, one of which is for duo treatments. Various massages are offered, as well as relaxing or unwinding rituals, scrubs, waxing and even discovery treatments for children and teenagers. Access to the aquatic area for one hour is offered if you book a treatment lasting more than 60 minutes. A real relaxing break after a day of sightseeing in the region.

This gym offers a multitude of programs. Individual or in groups, from the most energetic to the most relaxing, you will surely find the formula that suits you: Power Plate, fitness, megadanz, ubound (cardio trempoline), pilates, streching, fightdo, qi gong, body balance… For your first individual courses, a coach will be at your side and then ensure that you can use the machines alone. The club also offers a sauna and a UV cabin. A medical certificate is required for registration.

This national bar welcomes you in a pleasant and dynamic environment. Indeed, Keep Cool clubs have the motto: " form without boasts ". The friendly and friendly team is made up of coaches from the state. The club of Arras offers you cardio (treadmill, bike, rowing machine), muscular reinforcement with or without weight (which is better if you don't want Rambo), training circuit, and courses on video (blisters, thighs, buttocks and stretching).

This fitness centre is dedicated to women only. Here, the 3 M rule must be respected: No guys, no mirrors and no makeup! The need is that you do not need to adapt to the schedule: you are free to come when you feel good. A personal appointment with the coach will be offered to you to determine the program that best suits you. Curves is a fitness program consisting of a 30-minute exercise, including warm, aerobics, muscle reinforcement, relaxation and stretching. The nine machines, arranged in circles around the coach, adapt to each other's muscles. Collective classes of zumba are also offered.
