BRUIXES DE BURRIAC
Read moreJust across the street from the Gran Claustre Hotel is chef Jaume Drudis' excellent table, where he offers seasonal Mediterranean cuisine in the form of a monthly menu, in a space that combines old stones and designer furniture. No unnecessary sophistication here, but a simple and well-felt balance of textures and flavors. Add to this an impressive wine cellar that a sommelier will gladly introduce you to. Splendid tasting menu. Let's mention here the lounge-bar adjoining the restaurant: the Pati dels Tarongers, perfect for a cocktail!

Special mention for the beef tartar, of which a version worthy of the name cannot be found under the hoof of a horse in the region. Finesse and mastery!
EL PATI

Today, the business is in full swing, with fresh ingredients and a good dose of passion for cooking: Andalusian gazpacho, pork tenderloin with green pepperand superb homemade tiramisuare among the semi-gastronomic specialties of the casa. You will appreciate the kindness and discretion of the owners as much as the pretty terrace and its venerable olive tree.
SAONA
Read moreIn a pretty setting with lounge-bar accents, SaOna offers very good fish and seafood dishes for rather honest prices. All the products served are fresh and local (the chef selects every day his goods among the catch of the day) and the cocktails are small wonders: do not hesitate to try the mojito de la casa (house mojito) excellent! An address which falls at the right moment for the amateurs of marine sweets. The gourmands will keep a little space for the incredible desserts, very nicely presented.

The place is small and well decorated, the welcome friendly and knowledgeable, the atmosphere most relaxed. There are no bad choices and the chances are high that once they have been to Altaburg, demanding carnivores will return again.

Run by two brothers and their father from Haute-Savoie, this small restaurant offers inventive and delicate gastro dishes presented in subtle and colorful arrangements: from the starter to the dessert, it's a real show for the eyes and for the taste buds! The number of tables is voluntarily reduced in order to ensure a personalized service to the customers of the day, thus do not hesitate to reserve in advance. Warm welcome.
LAS MIL Y UNA - HAMBURGUESERÍA GOURMET
Read moreAt the "Mille et une" you can enjoy very successful gourmet burgers, although a bit heavy in sauce. Efficient and cheap despite everything. Special mention for the "Cheese and foie gras explosion" burger! The owners of the place are very attached to the good products of the land and are also passionate about gastronomy, not hesitating to mix styles and inspirations, especially during the gastro workshops, always using local, seasonal, fresh and high quality food as raw material. Particular attention is paid to the side dishes - handpicked wines, artisanal bread, oils produced nearby - as well as to the service, which is very professional. We love it!
CASA NURI
Read moreTypical cuisine of the region to be tasted on the terrace facing the Ebro or in the rustic wooded room of this restaurant, which is certainly touristy but in a rather pleasant location. In fact, the Casa Nuri is a gastronomic institution of the Delta opened since 1973! You can taste very good specialties based on eel - we recommend the smoked eel, very tasty -, copious paellas mariscada (i.e. with seafood) and delicious grilled fish, all at very reasonable prices. The desserts are defensible but are not the strong point of the casa.

ACUAMAR
Read moreA family restaurant open since 1977, as we like them, where you are welcomed with a smile even with a restless tribe (bottle warmer, high chairs available, children's menu). The view of the harbor and the good value for money of the fish and seafood cuisine, accompanied by fillings made from local and seasonal products, will satisfy even the most demanding customers. Traditional seaside recipes, with simple presentation and straightforward flavors. A fine selection of wines to accompany them all.

As for the dishes, we are entitled to some copious plates of seafood of all kinds, but also to salads rather well done (the one with goat cheese defends itself well). Compared to the other shops of this part of the seafront, Les Barques makes the difference: fresh products, a professional and fast service, very reasonable prices. An address that stands out.
