The restaurant's name means "the president's place": indeed, Theodoros' father was mayor of the village of Ano Mera. Offering authentic Myconian cuisine, the dishes are simple and the quality of the many local products used is all the more evident. Choose from pasta, grilled meats or the President's burger, which we highly recommend sitting on the terrace in the charming, lively village square of Ano Mera, after a day in tumultuous Chora or before another wild night in the south of the island.

After spending ten years in France in beautiful houses, 4-star hotels and other Relais & Châteaux with prestigious chefs, Nicolas Pelegrinis decided to return to the country. He has just taken over a nice establishment in Ano Mera where he proposes a very personal cuisine, 90% home-made and with seasonal products. On the menu: atypical dishes for Greece, such as his revisited bouillabaisse or his entrecote with pepper or Bearnaise sauce. All served with a very Greek generosity, in the plate as in the room.

As far as the setting is concerned, the restaurant has a huge terrace spread over two floors. Sea view guaranteed at each plate. The music is extremely well chosen, a mix of jazz and pop in remix chill immediately pushes us to relax and our gaze is quickly lost on the incredible panoramic sea view that the Compass offers on the bay of Chora. View disturbed only by the waltz of the ferries.... which will delight the youngest.

Elia's luxury resort consists of a hotel and an excellent restaurant overlooking the beach. You'll find quality dishes, such as excellent sea bream carpaccio and vegan options. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available on the beach for a heavenly swim and the beach bar is known for its delicious cocktails. Finally, if you fall in love with the place, the 5-star hotel offers 11 rooms and 23 minimalist suites with character, overlooking the Aegean Sea. Here it is spacious and relaxing!

Run by three young people (Nikos, Vagelis and Mariana) who want to give Mykonos a different image by offering farmhouse hospitality with produce from their vegetable garden and wine from their vineyard. The wines are organic in white, red and rosé, pleasant in the mouth, fruity and mineral. Don't hesitate to pair them with a bit of local cheese and honey from the farm. In a narrow lane behind the town hall, Kounelas is the best fish tavern in Mykonos. We choose the sin fish of the day, before they take the direction of the kitchen. It's impossible to miss his very pleasant inner courtyard and assault above which a rainbow flag floats. It's a must for fish lovers.

Nestled on the wild beach of Tarsana in Ftelia Bay, this beach bar-restaurant is the favorite of the bohemian hippie chic population of Mykonos. No "bling-bling" in this small paradise, but earthly colours, pretty light wooden tables and a small limited menu of very good quality. Here too, we are not looking for the fusion style typical of southern beaches: the menu offers classics of Greek cuisine skilfully made from delicious products (squids, meatballs and tomatoes, etc.). Refinement in simplicity.

This little restaurant is a delight: every night, its pleasant terrace is filled with joyful conversations in a relaxed and friendly environment. Here you will taste everything that Greek cuisine can do best, with the best ingredients. We feel like at home, the flavors in addition. It is very charming, but often full; to hope to have a table around the well and under the tree, you will have to come early.

In 1971, La Maison de Catherine opened its doors with the idea of bringing French gastronomy to Mykonos. Since then, the name of the restaurant has been anglicized, but the menu remains faithful to its origins. It is an absolute institution in Mykonos and you will have to make a reservation in order to hope to have a table in the discreet whitewashed alley. No "bling-bling" decoration, but an address of (rich) regulars where you will not necessarily be received with the same warmth if you come for the first time. The quality is there if you are in need of coq au vin or tartar...

Bonatsa is the last restaurant on the beach of Platys Gialos. It is possible to eat on the deckchairs under the umbrellas, with your feet in the water. On the menu here: fresh fish from Mykonos, modern and light cuisine and sushi bar. Friendly owner, good staff and good quality products for a simple cuisine based on fresh products. Ideal for a light evening meal. And not very expensive to eat Japanese food (the dumplings and noodles were very good). In short, the food is as good as the setting is enchanting.

Efisia is an elegant, stone-walled restaurant offering gourmet cuisine based on organic, seasonal ingredients. Located by the pool and overlooking the Aegean Sea, Efisia showcases the rich diversity of local resources.

The Pavilion is the gourmet restaurant of the Myconian Utopia Resort in Mykonos. It offers refined Greek dishes and local and international wines selected by the sommelier. The restaurant's chef recommends lamb chops with smoked eggplant purée. You'll also find fresh fish and lobster dishes to enjoy in a dining room overlooking the Aegean Sea.

Spilia is a restaurant whose reputation has been maintained for many years. Almost hidden behind the rocks of the small beach of Aghia Anna, this establishment welcomes you with your feet in the water, in a cove embedded in the rock. The setting is unique and the menu has some very good surprises in store for you, including the unmissable sea urchins and seafood pasta. You will have a wonderful time in this restaurant. Come rather at lunchtime to admire the view and arrive by the beach, above the turquoise waters ...

After the success of the two Nice n' Easy restaurants in Athens, the team came to conquer Mykonos. With a first address on Alefkandra Square in Little Venice, Nice n' Easy expanded in 2017. The focus is on products of organic and local origin. Gluten intolerants will also be happy to be considered. The large terrace can accommodate many guests, which is a plus compared to the restaurants in Chora's narrow streets. Finally, the last advantage: the Nice n' Easy is open all day long.

This is the reference to Neapolitan pizzas in Mykonos and all Cyclades: an Italian foreign minister would have confirmed it a few years ago. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, in a retro decor that recalls the vita of the 1960 s in Italy. The pizzas are made in the purest tradition of Naples.

For this reason, this family tavern is one of the best traditional addresses in Mykonos. In fact, people from all over the island flock here to taste the meat on the barbecue, which is renowned among locals, jet-setters and connoisseurs. In short, a house that is unanimously acclaimed, especially known for its spit-roasted suckling pig. A generous cuisine, in the greatest simplicity.

On the waterfront, with a sublime view of the port, the Remezzo has been an institution since 1967. At the time, he received the whole glamorous jet set that discovered Mykonos with Onassis. Since then, the managers have decided to renovate the premises: a gourmet restaurant, a bar with neat cocktails and sharp DJs. Come here for dinner if you want to taste refined (and expensive) Greek cuisine. Otherwise, take advantage of the end of the day to come and have a drink at the bar where a small snack menu is more affordable. Perfect for an evening with a view.

In a beautiful hidden garden, the Kalita is a beautiful establishment. It is located in the calm of Kalogera Street to share small refined entries, kind of elegant variations and gastro mezzedes. For those who want a more individual dish, hand pasta is delicious and the milk pig is a classic.
