An original chocolate production created in 2022 by Christine Georges-Pauget. From the pod to the packet, it's just a short step to discover chocolate nuggets "Made in Madagascar"! At the boutique, you can taste and buy a myriad of variations based on Grand Cru cocoa beans from the Sambirano valley. Vanilla, green aniseed, cardamom, combava, mandarin, natural pepper... these are genuine 78% cocoa nuggets with enchanting spices, to be enjoyed without moderation.

It is the artisan ice cream shop of the tourist street of Ambatoloaka, held by Sophie, a sympathetic Malagasy-Norman. Cute as a sweet break, with a colorful garden in front with a small beach and a kiosk, from where to watch the passers-by. Choice of about twenty flavors, in season: guava, strawberry, passion fruit, mango, soursop; in the year for example: pineapple, coconut, lemon, tamarind, coffee, chocolate. Also waffles, pancakes, milkshakes and freshly squeezed fruit juice. We tested the Madagascar chocolate and combava ice cream, we love it!

Spacious and dapper, extended by a terrace and a large room in restful and modern tones, it is the only European-style bakery in Nosy Be. A counter where you can buy different varieties of breads, as well as pastries, homemade pastries, artisanal ice creams, quiches, pizzas, sandwiches... to take away or consume on the spot with an iced tea, a freshly squeezed fruit juice, a small coffee taken on the run. After the hustle and bustle of the market, the place is a refreshing stopover.
