Hestiv'Òc is a total immersion in Occitan culture, showcasing its language, music, dance and traditions. To the rhythm of local music and dance, local and international groups perform on stage, offering a variety of styles, from traditional folk to contemporary music. You won't be able to resist getting up and dancing to the sound of accordions, tambourines and fiddles. The philosophy remains to offer free shows, and to encourage eco-responsible gestures such as car-pooling and reusable cups. A flagship event for southern cultures, including the Béarnaise, to experience from the inside!

Vibrations and emotions are shared with this festival, which takes place at the end of June and offers astonishing musical experiences around the theme of percussion. The festival takes place at the Hédas, but events also take place at other venues in Palais (Foirail, media libraries) and beyond (Maison de la Musique in Montardon, Espace Daniel Balavoine in Bizanos). On the program: film-concerts, shows for young audiences, and of course concerts featuring world-renowned drummers and percussionists. Giant batucadas, strolls and sound walks will thrill the hearts and ramparts of the château for a weekend. A great way to celebrate the arrival of summer.

the "Arènes en scène 2024" festival returns from July 18 to 26 with an eclectic 4-day program featuring renowned artists who will take over the magical and mythical Plaza de toros at the Bayonne Arena.
