If it is possible to sit on one of the few tables of the establishment, it is better to settle at the counter, in order to admire the dexterity of the chefs. All you have to do is order a few bites (our favorite: the half-cooked mackerel) with a glass of sake or a cold beer.

Vietnamese restaurant of excellent reputation, located in a beautiful luxury villa and also offering some Khmer recipes. Nice terrace opening onto a small courtyard. The place is impeccably clean. Friendly welcome and authentic cuisine. Their phở are particularly successful thanks to a broth simmered for a long time. During rush hour, the room is often full and noisy.

Close to Wat Lanka, this small canteen of South Indian cuisine does not look like much: the restaurant is very small and the decoration is minimalist. The whole place could use a good refreshment and a coat of paint. But it is in the dishes that we understand why the Indian community of Phnom Penh meets there. The chef prepares an authentic cuisine with fresh products. Their dosa, kind of crispy rice cakes, specialties of the south quite difficult to find, are particularly successful.

The Aroma restaurant, ideally located a stone's throw from the National Museum, offers delicious Mediterranean cuisine. The Aroma team welcomes travelers and offers a tasting of the great classics of Oriental cuisine. Uncompromising when it comes to product quality, you'll be able to sample a plethora of Lebanese dishes such as tasty hummus, fresh tabbouleh and wonderfully crafted falafels. Settled on the shaded terrace, travelers will rediscover the Mediterranean spirit of taking time to eat and relax.

There are in fact two neighbouring sites: the terrace and adjoining gallery are on the floor of a building dominating the boulevard; the coffee itself is located at the bottom of a small impasse right next door. Choice à la carte or breakfast. Very POSHER. The terrace is nice but not really cheap.
