Lescouroux is an artificial lake designed to regulate the water supply of the Dropt river. With a surface area of 112 hectares and a 7 km-long promenade, the lake serves as an agricultural reservoir and is very popular with anglers (fishing permit required). Fishing is authorized according to the category of water (^2nd category lake) and the opening periods of the species sought. An ideal place for a family outing, a marked trail allows you to observe the life of the lake and the many birds present on the site.

Sporting Union Agen Lot-et-Garonne is a rugby club based in Agen. Rugby fans can enjoy intense, unforgettable moments at matches held at the Stade Armandie. The club also has a store where fans can find the latest collection of clothing. For those wishing to attend matches, tickets are available from the Armandie stadium ticket office. The club has its own sports staff, as well as a staff to support the players. The club's history dates back to 1908, when Union Sportive Agenaise and Sporting Club Agenais merged to form Sporting Union Agenais. The club adopted the blue and white colors, enabling it to play several sports under a single umbrella.

A small club with sixteen members, the speleo-club de la Lémance is a team of exploration speleologists who work in the Dordogne, in the west of the Lot and the north of the Lot-et-Garonne.

Lac Lake is dedicated every summer to welcome local and holiday travellers. Our sandy beaches are open to hikers and bathers. But before comfort, a little sport does not hurt! Éape on the road of Santiago de Compostela (GR 652), the commune of Moirax is a high place in the religious history of France. At the beginning of the priory, this 6,7 km hike proposes to walk in the footsteps of the pilgrims. Take the time to admire this 100 th century building, whose construction by the clunisien order lasted over years, before embarking on the trail. It winds in the woods before crossing the river of Jorle and then passing through its other arm, the Toumbade. You will continue under the trees along the river, until you go back to Moirax. On the road you will find views of the castle of Las Boubées and the valley of the Garonne.

This 8,3 km loop around the town of Hautesvignes is within walking distance (2 h 40) or mountain bike (1 h). This path is slightly uneven and invites you to discover the hazel and walnut orchards that border the municipality and the irrigation lakes that feed them. On the road you can see a pigeon and a tobacco dryer, souvenirs of ancient times. The circuit also offers beautiful views over the valley of the Garonne and surrounding municipalities.

From the Bonaguil commune, this 9,3 km loop can be done on foot (3 h) or Mountain bike (about 1 h). It takes you to the Découverte Castle, classified as the Main Site of Aquitaine, and the GR 36 which links the ancient Périgord and Quercy provinces. It is by climbing to the castle that the trail begins, offering the possibility of a break to visit it before filling in the woods. The rest of the circuit is mostly located in the forest, with beautiful views of the Thèze valley and the castle. You will meet on the road several pigeonholes that deserve a stop.

The "Marguerite" makes you walk around the town of Nérac by offering you 5 different loops, one of which is 4 km long. It is a golden opportunity to discover the region with your family, accompanied by the youngest and the not so young, because the walk is of a level accessible to all.

Opened in 1986, this golf course was acquired in 2022. It has been completely refurbished. The 18-hole, 5810-meter course still offers a splendid panorama on the edge of the Landes region, amid wooded hills, Buzet vineyards and bastides. However, the circuit has been redesigned to bring something new to players. Open to all, not just golfers, the bar-restaurant "Le 19" offers a highly successful seasonal bistro menu, infused with local flavours. New for 2024: a padel court.

The GROUPE D'ASTRONOMIE POPULAIRE DU LOT-ET-GARONNE in Montayral offers a complete and accessible astronomical complex. It's a great way to run while having fun and learning something new. With the help of the discovery map, you have to find 12 markers and try to recognize 12 trees and shrubs. Course maps can be downloaded or obtained from the Tourist Office counter.

Long but easy, this loop crosses the moors of Saint-Cyr, Bellevue, Pouchicaut, Luxurguey or Piquemousque, among the many patches of forest in the vast commune of Allons. You pass the Largenté farm before entering the Landes. From bevelled lanes to grassy paths, from sandy tracks to stone paths, under pines and oaks, over bridges over streams, past a dovecote, the route is particularly bucolic.

This 17.7 km, 4.5 hr hike, with its 390 m vertical drop, is ideal for sports enthusiasts and offers a variety of landscapes. You'll hike along the hillsides between the Landes forest and the Garonne valley. You'll come across woods with dovecotes, meadows with Blondes d'Aquitaine cattle, cornfields and panoramic views of Casteljaloux and the Pyrenees on a clear day. You'll see ruined churches and two well-preserved ones: one with a wall steeple in Veyries, the other with a pointed steeple in Sainte-Gemme-Martaillac.

This campsite has plenty to offer: you can pitch your tent, park your caravan or motorhome, go hiking or cycling, have a drink in the bar or a meal in the restaurant. But what interests anglers most of all is the opportunity to dip their rods in the lake. All they have to do is pay a fixed fee to the campsite owners. This package is available to all anglers holding a fishing licence.
