Since 1967, the Pôle nautique de Soustons-Plage has been an institution in the Landes for welcoming groups. With transport and accommodation service! The Aéroclub d'Aire-sur-l'Adour offers sightseeing flights and flying courses. Glider, microlight or plane (1 to 3 people), how would you like to get into the air? A.A.P.P.M.A. of Dreams, under the chairmanship of Michel Vincent, with over a thousand fishermen manages approximately 3 000 ha of private 2nd class water plans. Tosse, a small town in the Landes region of France, offers caving enthusiasts the chance to practice this exciting activity thanks to the Spéléo Club des Landes. The club offers cave explorations, enabling members to discover the formation of caves and their flora and fauna. Caving is a discipline that encompasses many sciences, including geology, physics, chemistry, archaeology and biology. It also requires sporting skills such as hiking, climbing and abseiling. Club members must also master techniques in orienteering, survival, first aid and environmental protection. Driven by the desire to revitalize this 9-hole (Par 35) course created in 1996 and perpetuate its simple, warm spirit, Eric and Patricia Lebigre took over Golf du Tursan in 2017. A former greenkeeper, Eric ensures a personalized welcome and pampers this superb 2,809-meter-long course that stretches through the woods and between the vines. A 12-station driving range, 6 of which are covered, and a putting green are also available. Equipment hire, lessons, training courses... At lunchtime, Patricia serves simple dishes based on local produce.

Alongside the A63 motorway, AF Kart'Landes has the largest circuit in Aquitaine. The tracks are approved by the Fédération Française de Sport Automobile. Stade Montois canoë-kayak organizes self-guided canoe trips on the Midouze. Half-day or full-day trips are available on a calm, shady river, accessible to paddlers of all levels. In summer, departure is from Mont-de-Marsan town center, at the foot of the tourist office. Departures from the Tartas tourist office are also available. In the heart of the forest of Marensin, tour of Moulin de Bianou is a pleasant walk of seven kilometres. Allow two hours walk, or 45 minutes by bike. At the beginning of the village hall Linxe, tour alternates bare meadows and pine forests, along the river Bianou. It allows you to observe the airials and large estate of the town, described as "castles", typical of the Region.

This inner loop 6 km tour is easy to make family. It combines the two highlights of the city: the presence of Adour and the architectural heritage of this ancient wall. You will go along the banks of the river before taking the path of the ramparts, buildings dating from the 12th century. This walk can be made by bike, in just 25 minutes.

A former railroad line, the Voie verte de Chalosse links the towns of Saint-Sever to Dax, via Hinx, where the track joins the road, as well as Mugron and Montfort-en-Chalosse. The 34 km trail alternates between gravel and surfaced areas, making it suitable for mountain bikes, mountain bikes and walking. The trail starts in the Aulgreilh district, 3 km from Saint-Sever town center. From here, you can take the 10 km Voie verte to the commune of Montaut. Picnic areas are available.

Departing from Moustey, this 11 km signposted loop is accessible to pedestrians and cyclists alike. It combines architectural and natural curiosities, particularly at its starting point: the Place des Deux-Eglises. The unusual presence of two juxtaposed religious edifices has made the town famous - a mystery still unexplained... From here, you'll head for the Leyre and its heathery landscapes. Along the way, you'll come across the royal fern, a type of fern that's on the verge of extinction, and pass by some beautiful airials, typical of the Landes region.

Known for being the cradle of the lineage of the Albret, which was born Henri IV, the municipality of Labrit offers three marked walks of promenade and maintained by the General Council of Landes, accessible to hikers and cyclists. The smallest, also known as the "Pioc Road", stretches over 6 km, to travel in 30 minutes by bike or 1 hours on foot. She leaves the church to visit the Albret house and the famous castle of Labrit, classified as Historic monument. It then moves away from pine trees or meadows, and connects with traditional landaises houses. The second loop, 9,2 km, is feasible in 45 minutes by bike, while it takes 1 hour to take 11,3 km of the main loop.

On the road to Sainte-Eulalie-en-Born, near the Woolsack castle, the municipal golf course is open all year round. The Centre Nautique Biscarosse Olympique welcomes you to Latécoère on the south lake and to Navarrosse on the north lake in summer. In the heart of the 30-hectare Complexe d'Entraînement Sportif International de Hagetmau, you'll find an indoor Olympic-size swimming pool, a play area (whirlpool and hydromassage benches), and a large slide. Swimmers can reserve their line on the website. Other activities on offer: fitness, aquagym classes, swimming lessons, workshops for aquaphobics... At La Cité verte, you can enjoy a wide range of sports, including rugby, soccer, handball, basketball, gymnastics, athletics, golf, tennis...

The Sentier de l'Adour is a 130 km hiking trail along the river. The route crosses 28 communes, alternating between left and right banks. There are several sections to choose from: Dax and Saint-Vincent-de-Paul, Candresse and Hinx, Préchacq-les-Bains and Gousse... The Adour trail leads from Toulouzette to Saint-Sever, then from Augreilh to Péré to Montgaillard. In short, there's a lot of walking to be done!

Basque pelota is played in a special place, the jaï alaï. In Hossegor, it's a historic site nicknamed the Cathedral of Pelota. Basque pelota is a sport: the ball can reach speeds of 200 to 250 kph. That's why you need to wear a helmet if you're playing with a leather pelota. Discovery, initiation and improvement courses are organized for children and adults to discover the games of Chistera, Cesta punta and Pala. Competitions in Hossegor see the best national and international players go head-to-head.

Franck is a former surfing champion and professional coach for top-level athletes. So it's only natural that his own home, just a few hundred meters from the beach, has become a veritable surf camp. With his team, he takes care of teenagers (+ 11 years old) and adults for an initiation or improvement in surfing, stand-up paddle or bodyboarding. The courses are intensive (3 lessons a day) and are extended by recovery sessions in the 38°C hot tub and video analysis.

Respecting the animal, its environment and its safety are the essential rules to transmit beautiful values to children from 4 years old. Accessible to all, the Menusé riding school welcomes young and old to discover or improve their skills in many equestrian disciplines (show jumping, dressage, archery, driving...). During the summer, two to three day rides are offered in the Gers or Gironde.

Set amidst the pine forests of the Landes region, the Magescq go-karting circuits extend over 7 hectares in an exceptional setting. Experience the sensations of a racing driver in a playful way on 3 open-air tracks: a mini-circuit for the youngest (from 3 years!), a 400 m track for children and families, and another 1,200 m track for adults and competition... Between town and ocean, the Vieux-Boucau marine lake is one of the resort's main attractions. Fed by the ocean according to the tides, you can swim, canoe or paddle around its islet. A story that begins in 1994... The Hossegor Surf Club aims to promote surfing among young people from 3 years! Under the direction of qualified and passionate instructors, surfers learn efficiently the joys of surfing. Training course, individual or group lessons from 1h30 to 2h, equipment rental... All year long, the school will accompany you on the most beautiful beaches of the Landes, notably in magical spots such as the Central beach, the North beach (historical site of the club) and the White Beach of the Lake where the Stand Up Paddle hut is located.

Just 3 minutes from the center of the village of Amou, on the road to Brassempouy, l'Accrobranche Amou is designed for children aged 5 and over, and adults too! Just like on the ski slopes, you'll have a choice of 9 courses from green to black, including 2 100% zip-line courses for thrill-seekers. Groups, even for special events (birthdays, EVG/EVJF, etc.), must book at least 7 days in advance. All equipment is provided. Please note that pets are not allowed on the park.
