Gallery with a spacious room featuring large-scale works that engage visitors and encourage them to interact.

This pavilion was designed by architect Paulo Orsini in brick and concrete. Carioca artist Cildo Meireles is one of Brazil's leading contemporary artists. Three rooms present three of the artist's works: Através (1983-89), Desvio para o vermelho: Impregnação; Entorno; Desvio (1967-1984) and Glove Trotter (1991). Cildo Meireles is a committed artist known for his work against oppression in Brazil. The large-scale works challenge visitors and encourage them to interact.
