Le Relais de la Source, created by Ahlame Buisard-Hajjami in 2020, immediately established itself as one of the finest gourmet restaurants in the Dijon region. The dining room in the former outbuilding of the Saint-Seine abbey and the tables set in the shady courtyard all contribute to the desire to discover the talents of the kitchen team. The 2 to 7-course menus are deliciously crafted from noble, local produce, with the majority of ingredients sourced from the Côte-d'Or region. The wine list is comprehensive, with a suggested wine and food pairing by the glass.

Très inégal. Le mieux côtoie le moins bien....
- Relai un peu suranné, le lieu est magnifique mais rénovations sont faites grossièrement...literie limite.
- au niveau des professionnels avis mitigé encore. Le maître d'hôtel est pro mais les jeunes femmes qui gèrent le spa ne semble absolument pas concernées et sont en diletante.
- Le spa : a éviter. Sauna qui ne chauffe pas suffisamment, serviettes non changées si on ne réclame pas . On nous avait promis des "douceurs" à la tisanerie qu'il a fallu réclamer aussi. .. au final une petite part de cake ....on est en fin de journée... Il n'y a plus rien. Le hammam ne fonctionne pas .... 15 euros par personne c'est vraiment cher du coup.

Nous n'avons fait que le restaurant, Avec des assiettes étonnantes mais surtout parfaites, qui alient fraicheur, légèreté, qualité, un service fait avec le sourire et un personnel agréable.
