To take away or enjoy on the spot, the poultry, golden brown, is cooked and juicy to perfection. The service is simple and efficient, with a little chat and little waiting. You can also stop in for a drink or to buy a small homemade sandwich ("varied choice" as the sign says) before taking to the streets of the capital.
